McCoy has over 15 years of executive search experience serving international Fortune 500 clients, as well as small and mid-cap companies. He is the former president of Sathe Executive Search, where he consulted in consumer goods, manufacturing, professional services, and non-profits. Prior to practicing in executive search McCoy was General Manager for a division of Pepsi.
Greg Albrecht, Managing Partner

Albrecht has over 17 years of executive search experience and 18 years of human resource management experience. Prior to starting M&A, Albrecht was a Senior Partner at Sathe Executive Search, Team Leader for McGladrey & Pullen’s Search Practice, and a Human Resources Director for three different manufacturing companies.
